Responsible

• Create and prepare vector designs using Adobe Illustrator.
• Operate SAMLight software for laser cutting and engraving (training provided).
• Develop and adjust designs according to customer specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the Design and R&D departments to produce samples, masters, and new product items.
• Prepare detailed design files for special components (e.g., Mother of Pearl, brass, or imported parts).
• Laser cut 925 silver and brass sheets for master creation.
• Laser cut steel blocks for producing stamping molds.
• Engrave hallmarks, brand logos, and serial marks on master pieces, hallmarking pliers, and jewelry samples.
• Generate and manage files for laser cutting production orders.
• Set up and maintain laser machines, including cost calculations for each operation.
• Coordinate with other production departments to ensure smooth workflow and process completion.
